►Downloaded App for Windows 8 laptop ►Searched for desired Magazine ►Purchased a 4 issue subscription to said Magazine, using Microsoft Account ►Pocketmags DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THAT THIS MAGAZINE HAS BEEN PURCHASED FOR VIEWING! There is NO FAQ's section to query, nor any contact info available! UPDATE: After reading the other reviews, I am submitting my issue to the California State Attorney General's Office, via online complaint. 13 years ago
