I like VRBO, however it’s incredibly frustrating to filter results to a price range, see a property within that price range, click on the property only to discover that it’s three times the price per night that you filtered in your results. 8 years ago

After several unsuccessful attempts to make a payment for a Christmas family trip I called the “helpline” and spent 45 minutes holding and speaking to the wrong people and ultimately been pushed to the back of the line and to the beginning of the process - twice. 8 years ago
