  • Had an issue with the app not showing anything, but as soon as I left app feed back a rep from universal called me writhing 5 minute, met me at the ride I was on to verify and fix the issue. 8 years ago

  • This app is very good when it comes to having a virtual map and wait times which are updated constantly! That's great! However when you go onto the tickets slide to purchase tickets/passes it becomes very glitchy and unable to do anything except close the app. 8 years ago

  • It somewhat works well for ride times, but it should be able to store your tickets or passes in the app (especially since the annual passes at the park are paper). 8 years ago
