Have to move the cursor to each of like 6 fields to put SSN and DOB in it should auto advance. 8 years ago

Well the last update was 2 years ago and somehow to day, I Try’ed to open the app to just check on everything, for it to start downloading an update??? This bogs my mind as there is no current update so now the app is in limbo can’t use it, since it’s downloading an update, can’t delete it since it’s updating, well. 8 years ago
