  • Why does the app no longer tell you exactly which train to transfer to when you have to transfer at a particular station? It used to give you which line to transfer to and the time of its departure, but now it just says "transfer at Jamaica" and nothing else. 8 years ago

  • I use this a lot but oftentimes it will say a train is "on time" or "left the station" when in fact it's running late. 8 years ago
  • The app does what it says and gives the right time of when a train is coming in and on what platform as well as updates fast (if you click update) to any changes that may of happen. 8 years ago
