• I'm playing music through my iPhone 6s+ Bluetooth connection with my JBL Pulse 2 and this ridiculous app can't connect! It even has the audacity to show a comment suggesting I ensure Bluetooth connection is made. 8 years ago
• Your app all of the sudden doesn’t recognize my pulse 3 and even though I have it connected to my Bluetooth and I’m right next to it, it still says need to turn on Bluetooth, I am very upset with this and I hope you guys update this app or fix this cause this is insanse. 8 years ago

• Having a few issues lately , main one is that when the speaker is connected and playing music , the app will not recognize that and ask me to turn Bluetooth on to connect the speaker. 8 years ago

• I’ve had a Extreme for a couple years, it’s great! Just bought a Flip4 with the understanding it would connect to the Extreme - NOPE! Apparently after calling JBL, there is “connect” and “connect plus” they will NOT work together! Please fix this. 8 years ago
