After reading that they randomly charge you, I told them to stop negotiating for me and cancel it all, and they didn’t and WILL NOT respond to me! I’ve read other reviews and it appears that the savings charges and charges from your bill do not line up and will go for 12 months, even if the savings negotiated was for less than that time frame. 8 years ago
