The owners have cancelled constantly - now the day before my reservation on Columbus Day weekend three different owners canceled and all rental car companies are booked out - getaround doesn’t care the car owners keep cancelling - completely unreliable. 8 years ago

They don't have an insurance option, the prices are about the same as a rental company but no more convenient, the app doesn't work half the time, and no one picks up when you need customer service. 8 years ago
