I would like to know who is in charge of what words are "in the dictionary"? Words I know for a fact to be in the dictionary (I even checked just to make sure I wasn't crazy) are declined, yet words that are not in the dictionary (mostly slang words some of which are offensive) are accepted. 8 years ago
