attention: you need to allow the permission to access storage manually in the settings of the app on Android!! customer service doesn't respond unfortunately. 8 years ago

At first my videos didn't load (on android ) you need to go into settings then apps , scroll to this app , click on permissions , slide the storage button to turn on. 8 years ago

I found that the images in the cun measurement page would not properly load and that i would otherwise often not be given a choice of getting to look at the image reference for a point or a video reference of a point. 9 years ago
